When I was a child I used to imagine the stomachs of the whales being big enough to have their own furniture, as if they were apartments to live in… Can you imagine how astonished I was when I saw this furniture shop? I remained stuck to the front door, staring at this frozen frame of my childhood…

This comfy room belongs to Ballynocken House, a Victorian 4 star Guesthouse which is part of the Ballynocken Cookery School in Wicklow, Ireland. We attended a course at the school and stayed over in the house. Great experience! More posts showing Ballynocken during this week.
